 We use professional-grade equipment, paper, and ink from Epson to print your transfers to guarantee the highest quality of your prints! 

 

HOW IT WORKS:

 

Purchase, select the paper size and quantity, and checkout.


We allow for "Gang sheets," which is the process of having multiple images on a single sheet of paper. To do this, please send your images over already grouped together in the correct size artboard. (2-20oz tumbler designs will fit on one 17x12 gang sheet}

A few things to NOTE about sublimation and sublimation transfers:

  • Sublimation transfers require a HEAT PRESS to be applied. They can not be applied with an iron.
  • Transfers must be used on a substrate coated for sublimation (mugs, etc.) or fabric with at least 65% polyester. 100% polyester is recommended for best results. The fabric must be white or a light color. The image will not show up on dark colors. Any other colors other than white may alter the colors when pressed.
  • Sublimation does not use white ink. If there is white in the design, it will become the color of the fabric you apply it to. If there is white in the design and you press it to an ash gray shirt, that part would be ash gray.
  • The colors on your screen WILL differ from the colors on transfer. The true colors will show once pressed to the substrate.

 

There are no returns or refunds on any transfer orders. In a rush? Please message us via email to inquire about expedited shipping. There will be no refunds due to USPS or UPS delays.

 

Turnaround time: 1-3 business days from ordering to shipping. Because of that, we can only offer cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. However, no cancellations will be accepted if your order is already printed and/or shipped.
